Custom Design

At BSC, we can make customers’ ideas come to life. No two jobs or projects are alike, and it’s exactly why we offer custom cable assemblies to match any specifications or meet any job requirements. For instance, we can take any customer’s idea and turn it into a reality. Our process includes creating PDF specs for our customers, then designing and building a custom-made assembly, all according to their needs.

Once we have approval, we’ll build out your assemblies, all by our high production and quality standards. Regardless if you need specific lengths, breakouts, brand names, material types, or even custom packaging and labeling, we have you covered. As we say, we’re relentless until a solution is found.

Testing

Because we’re committed to providing superior products through quality-controlled manufacturing processes, we concentrate on continually improving our custom cable solutions. This means that BSC guarantees that all the cords built in our facility are 100% tested for continuity, TAA Compliant, and batch tested.

Packaging & Labeling

When we say we go the extra mile, we mean it. We feature custom labeling services, including serialization or barcodes, and custom packaging. Our value-added services also include cable knitting, and bundling options like zip ties, mesh, and Velcro.

Drop & Blind Ship

With this added feature, you have the option to have orders sent from us directly to your own customers, all with your company’s identification. With a blindly-shipped order, a custom packing slip can be included with your company logo, contact information, and even a personalized message. Not only does this eliminate unnecessary time from the shipping process, but it can allow for a more straightforward process, and even save money in some cases. We provide drop shipping free of charge, and we can also ship blind, available upon request.
